Working principle

Electric heating reactor is heated by electric heating rods, it conducts as the heat transfer medium. Steam heating reactor is heated by steam with the boiler, it has small run-time power consumption.

Introduction

Jacketed reactor is mainly composed of the mixing container (including the tank and jacket), mixing equipment, transmission equipment, seal devices, supports, manholes, technology took over and some annexes.

Generally the reactors are divided into electric rod heating reactor, steam heating reactor, heat-conducting reactor,oil circulation heating reactor Heat-conducting oil circulation heating reactor heated by inner coil to achieve heat transfering or cooling cycle.
